Blueprint Underground

156 Printers Alley, Nashville, TN

DJs, live music and elevated nights in Printers Alley.

About Blueprint Underground

Blueprint Underground Cocktail Club opened in May 2024 at 156 Printers Alley, and as the name says, it is below street level. It was founded by Billy Dec, a nightlife operator out of Chicago, and it brings a big-city club sensibility to a Nashville block better known for blues and karaoke.

The room is built around one long bar with a small stage set above its back end, plus an open-air patio, which Blueprint claims is the only one in Printers Alley. The format is a cocktail club and nightclub: DJs, dance nights, bottle service, and signature drinks, including one served in a miniature bathtub. The crowd comes for an elevated night out rather than a country band, and the venue takes reservations for VIP sections and private events.

Blueprint is the choice for a cocktail-driven, DJ-led night with a bit of polish. It is not a live-music honky-tonk and does not pretend to be. Go if you want a proper club and craft drinks a few steps off Broadway, and book ahead if you want a table.
