The fastest way to reach Bars on Broadway is by email. We respond to most messages within 24 to 48 hours, faster for venue corrections. We are a small team based in Tennessee.

We do not take venue bookings or reservations. To book a table at a specific bar, contact the venue directly via its page in the venue directory. We also do not run user accounts or saved profiles; your favorites are stored locally in your browser only.

Common questions answered before you email: The schedule updates daily by 9 AM Central. Walking map markers are accurate to within 30 feet. Hotel and affiliate CTAs are clearly marked; we earn a small commission if you book through them, at no cost to you. Our weekly newsletter goes out Tuesday morning with the upcoming weekends lineup, new openings, and a single recommended route. For media kit requests, mention which outlet and we will send the one-pager and high-res logo files within a day.

The fastest reply you will get from us is on a venue correction during business hours Central time. Anything more involved (a partnership pitch, a media interview, a custom data request) typically takes two to three business days because we want to give it real attention. If something is time-sensitive put TIME-SENSITIVE in the subject line and we will move it to the top of the queue. Phone calls are not how we work; emails create a paper trail we can act on faster than voicemail.
