Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar opened in the summer of 2018 on Lower Broadway. It is branded by country artist Jason Aldean and operated in partnership with TC Restaurant Group, the same group behind several other artist bars on the street.

The venue runs four levels, including the rooftop, with live music on two of the floors. The headline feature is up top: a rooftop called My Kinda Party, after one of Aldean’s songs, which the bar promotes as the largest rooftop patio on Broadway. The kitchen is a real one, running Southern food rather than an afterthought bar menu, so this is a place you can actually plan a meal around. The crowd is a mix of tourists, country fans, and people there mainly for the rooftop.

This is a strong pick if you want the combination of a sit-down Southern meal and a big open-air rooftop in one stop. The scale of that rooftop is the thing it has over most of its neighbors. Reservation policy is not clearly published, so larger groups should contact the venue directly before counting on a table.
