Bachelorette saturation drops to near zero through mid-March. Bands experiment with setlists. Locals come back. Bartenders are happier. Hotel rates at annual low. Some venues run winter happy hour specials.
Drink at ground-floor venues (rooftops closed). Use long happy hours (3 PM to 6 PM). Go weekdays (Tuesday/Wednesday is closest to locals’ Broadway). Stay later (no early-evening rooftop scene). Book special-event nights (songwriter rounds, burlesque, charity nights).
